Gossip Girl is an American drama television series based on the book series of the same name written by Cecily von Ziegesar. The series revolves around the lives of privileged teenagers attending an elite private school in New York City. The young people study, make friends, quarrel, become jealous, suffer, lova, hate and do other tings common for characters of teen dramas.
The show was created by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage and performed by companies Warner Bros. Television, College Hill Productions и Alloy Entertainment.
