The Ivanovets ship, which was wrecked by the Ukrainian Defence Forces, was in a sense a pride for the Russian Navy, as only three such ships are in service with the Russian Navy.

This was stated by the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine Andriy Yusov on the air of the TV marathon.

"We saw a direct hit, the footage has now seen the whole world. This is a serious, important and successful special operation of the Main Intelligence Directorate and the "Group 13", and such operations will certainly continue," the representative of the MID said.

The representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Defence Ministry points out that the destruction of the boat is a significant achievement, as there were only three such missile boats in the Russian Black Sea Fleet, and now there is one less.

Yusov noted that the ship was a source of pride for the Russian navy, but it was unable to "cope with the challenges." The boat was destroyed during its combat duty, and its restoration became impossible.
