Wadeful has responded to the Kremlin's outrages
The German authorities will not inform the public about deliveries of certain types of weapons to Ukraine. This was stated by German Foreign Minister Johan Wadeful when asked whether it was time for deliveries of German Taurus long-range cruise missiles, writes RND.
He said the German government would not give Putin "the opportunity to find out what we are actually doing." At the same time, he emphasized that the aid would "give Ukraine the opportunity to defend itself effectively."
Waduful also responded to the Kremlin's outrage over the removal of a restriction on the range of weapons supplied to Ukraine, which German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said earlier.
He said Putin had had several opportunities to come to the negotiating table but had not taken them.
"We have always made it clear that such behavior will not be without consequences," Wadeful added, stressing that Germany would continue to provide Ukraine with military support "so that it can defend itself and prevent the Russian aggressor from successfully continuing the war."
