The ruler of the Russian Federation told where the Belarusian potatoes had gone.

Lukashenko complained to Putin that all Belarusian potatoes had gone to Russia. This was told by the head of the Kremlin himself.

"Talked to Lukashenko. He says we've already sold all the potatoes to Russia," Putin said.

Lukashenko himself commented on the potato deficit in the country.

"If you're worried about potatoes - we'll endure a month. But we won't go without potatoes," the dictator promised on May 8.

Lukashenko said that "Belarusians want to buy products at low prices, while farmers are interested in selling their goods at higher prices."

Potatoes, according to the ruler, go to Russia, where prices are several times higher.
