Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin has instructed the Russian military command to multiply the combat capabilities of the Russian ground forces.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the broadcast of the Kremlin's "Look" resource in Telegram.

Putin said that ground forces remain the dominant force in conducting "modern military operations of any scale and intensity." In this regard, he said it was necessary to strengthen them.

"It is important to increase their combat capabilities as soon as possible, to create a solid foundation for development, to ensure the development of advanced weapons systems with the highest tactical and technical characteristics and modernization resource," the dictator said.

In addition, he instructed to develop the navy as well, and also claims that Russia allegedly has the most modern nuclear triad in the world.

"Now the share of modern weapons and equipment in the strategic nuclear forces is already 95%. This is a good indicator, in fact, the highest among all nuclear powers in the world," Putin said.

Continuing the latter theme, the dictator instructed that special attention be given to nuclear weapons as a guarantee of Russia's sovereignty in Russia's new state arms program, which runs from 2027-2036.
