European Soccer Has Set A New Financial Record

European soccer continues to increase revenues, which have reached a record level for the industry.

This is reported by The Athletic with reference to a report by Deloitte.

In the season-2023/24, the total revenue of all clubs and soccer associations in Europe amounted to 38 billion euros. The growth to the record amount in history amounted to 8%.

The championships of England, Spain, Italy, Germany and France remain the leaders in terms of profitability. The top 5 leagues for the first time earned more than 20 billion euros from the total amount of the entire continent.

In the future, European soccer revenues are expected to grow. Deloitte expects the amount to reach 39.3 billion in the 2024/25 season and 43.1 billion in 2025/26.

The forecast also emphasizes that the dominant product of European soccer will remain the English Premier League, which will strengthen its position in the coming years.
