The Kremlin Put Forward Conditions For A Meeting Between Putin, Trump And Zelensky

The cynical statement was made by Peskov.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov commented on the possibility of a meeting between Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, cynically putting forward conditions for such talks.
Russian propaganda outlet RBC reported.
Peskov said such a meeting "should be the result of long-term work" and "points already prepared."
The day before, Putin said he was ready to meet with Zelensky at the final stage of the negotiation process, but refused to recognize him as a legitimate representative for any agreements.
The first meeting between Ukrainian and Russian delegations mediated by Turkey in more than three years took place in Istanbul on May 16. The sides agreed on a 1,000-for-1,000 prisoner exchange, which took place on May 23-25, but failed to agree on a ceasefire.
Before the talks, Zelensky offered Putin to fly to Istanbul for a face-to-face meeting, but the Russian dictator sent a low-level delegation to the talks.
