Iran has appointed a new head of intelligence for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). This comes after Israel eliminated his predecessor last week.
This was reported by The Times of Israel.
In particular, IRGC commander Maj. Gen. Mohammad Pakpour, appointed Brig. Gen. Majid Hadami as the new head of his intelligence unit.
He succeeds Mohammad Kazemi, who was killed on Sunday along with two other Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps officers, Hassan Moghageh and Mohsen Bagheri. They were killed in an Israeli strike.
