The DMV was honest about the reasons why.
On June 18, bus trips were disrupted in Smarhon. The administration of the fleet apologized to the passengers and honestly explained the situation: the reason was the shortage of drivers and wear and tear of cars, writes "Svetly Shliakh".
The administration of the branch "Automobile Park No. 17 in Smarhon" of Hrodnaoblavtotrans OJSC offered "sincere apologies for the inconvenience". Smargon" of "Grodnooblavtotrans" offered "sincere apologies for the inconvenience" in connection with the disrupted flights on June 18.
"Unfortunately, the branch lacks 23 bus drivers in accordance with the staff schedule, which negatively affects the implementation of the schedule. In addition, the depreciation of the bus fleet is more than 67%, which also affects the ability to provide reliable transportation service," the fleet explained.
They added that they are working to increase the number of drivers and renew the bus fleet. And they hope that such cases will not happen again.
We remind that Smargon is not the only Belarusian city, where the buses did not go on the route. This happened, for example, in Babruisk - flights were constantly canceled, and the fleet first explained the situation by the lack of drivers, then - by their mass resignation on sick leave.
