Belarusian Activist Dmitri Kaspiarovich Found Dead In Warsaw

Belarusian opposition politician and activist, member of the Sejm of the BPF party Dmitry Kasperovich, died in Warsaw, reports Charter97.org.

Dmitry's body was found in his house in the Polish capital. It is known from the media that the death of the 43-year-old man was not due to natural causes.

Dmitry Kasperowicz from a young age, for 20 years, was a member of patriotic organizations - he was in the "Young Front", then in the BPF party. He was a member of the Seimas of the BPF party. In 2006, he was imprisoned for six months for attempting to hang a white-red-white flag over Minsk city executive committee.

After the intensification of repression, the activist emigrated, but in 2022 he arrived in Minsk and was detained. He was later able to get out of the country.
