The first satellite images of the Fordow nuclear center have emerged after it was attacked by US bombers on the night of Sunday, June 22. The images show damage to the mountain range where the facility is located, the exterior of the complex and entrances to underground tunnels, "Radio Liberty".
The exact extent of the damage has not yet been confirmed.
Maxar, a company specializing in satellite monitoring, said it recorded unusual traffic and truck activity near the Fordow plant two days before the strikes. This could indicate the removal of highly enriched uranium from the plant.
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said there were no signs of increased radiation levels in Iran following the US strikes.
