Maxim Ustimenko destroyed seven enemy targets tonight.

The night of June 29 brought losses to the AFU Air Force: while repelling a massive missile and drone attack of the occupants, the F-16 pilot Maksim Ustimenko died heroically.

The lieutenant colonel born in 1993 managed to hit 7 enemy targets, but while performing the last task, the fighter plane received a lot of damage and began to go down.

The officer managed to steer the crashing plane away from a populated area, saving lives, but the hero was no longer able to eject.

"Eternal flight, brother, you did everything you could," the Telegram channel of the AFU Armed Forces, expressing condolences to the family of Maxim Ustimenko.

The AFU Armed Forces managed to shoot down 475 air targets last night.
