In the center of Moscow, in Staropimenovsky Lane, there was an explosion of a car in which there were veterans of the Russian special services - an 80-year-old veteran of the USSR State Security Committee (KGB), as well as his daughter - a former employee of the Federal Security Service (FSB), who is the owner of the car. About it reports Mash.

According to the channel, the woman managed to pull her father out of the car engulfed in fire before the arrival of emergency services. She later said that in June she had been servicing the vehicle: in particular, refueling the air conditioner and installing a new alarm system.

Witnesses claim to have heard several explosions. As a result of the resulting fire, two cars were damaged, Interfax writes with reference to the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The fire was promptly extinguished. There is no information about casualties at the moment.

In Moscow in early June, three cars were "booby-trapped" during one day - all cases occurred in the western part of the city and not far from each other. However, specialists who went to the sites did not confirm the presence of explosive devices.
