Ukrainian General Staff revealed details of the attack on the Borisoglebsk.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces hit the Borisoglebsk airfield in aggressor country Russia on the night of Saturday, July 5.
The strike on the airfield confirmed by the AFU Air Force. It is noted that enemy Su-34, Su-35S and Su-30SM aircraft are based there.
"Within the framework of reducing the enemy's ability to carry out air strikes, on July 5, units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces, struck the airfield "Borisoglebsk", which is in the Voronezh region. This is the location where enemy Su-34, Su-35S and Su-30SM aircraft are based," the General Staff said in a statement.
The strike hit a warehouse with guided bombs, a combat trainer aircraft and probably other aircraft.
The General Staff said the results of the strike are being specified.
"The defense forces continue to take all measures to undermine the Russian occupants' ability to hit civilian infrastructure and force the Russian Federation to stop its armed aggression against Ukraine," the AFU General Staff said in a statement.
Reminder, there were explosions in the Russian Federation - fires broke out at a factory and two airfields. In particular, a Russian factory that manufactures "Kometa" antennas for the occupier's army, which protect drones from Ukrainian REB equipment, was attacked.
