Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has said that his recent phone conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump was the most productive of all that have happened before.

He said this in an evening address on Saturday, July 5.

"It was probably the best conversation of all time, as productive as possible. We discussed the subject of air defense, I am grateful for the willingness to help. It is Patriot that is the key to ballistic defense," Zelensky emphasized.

On July 4, Volodymyr Zelensky had a phone conversation with US President Donald Trump.

The Ukrainian head of state noted that "Trump is very well informed," and they discussed air defense capabilities and agreed, will work to increase sky protection.
